For Sale By Owner

The main reason people sell by owner is that they hope to keep from paying a commission. The statistics show that most FSBO will actually net significantly less. Imagine selling for $20,000 less than market price just to save $10,000 in commission. And that's because most buyers willing to work with a FSBO are looking for a deal or for you to be the bank and carry a loan. Let's get your house sold for the right price and you'll net more. Multiple times we've helped sellers get at least $30,000 more than their original listing price.

Divorce

Divorce can be extremely difficult. Sadly, it often calls for selling the family home. While sometimes one party can retain the home, it's not always the case. For one party to retain often means refinancing. And due to the situation, neither party may be able afford the home alone. Selling the home then requires cooperation in an already contentious time. Probate / Inheritance

Inheriting a home, via probate or otherwise, can be stressful.
