Barnett Family Park
Barnett Family Park is the perfect place for summer field trips. The park is conveniently located next to the Botanical Gardens in Lakeland and sits above the Mirror Lake Amphitheater.
This mini water park features a splash pad, playground, labyrinth, sand area, climbing structures and a multi-purpose field. The Splash Pad part of the park is divided into 3 three distinct play areas; the toddler area, the elementary age area and an area for older kids. Water shoes are required in the Splash Pad area.
The park also has a grassy field and shaded picnic areas. This is a great place for kids birthday parties but you need to call ahead to reserve the space.
