Located in Davenport, the Central Florida’s Visitor Information Center gives a one of a kind experience for residents and for visitors. It is a perfect stop to get the most out of your Florida visit.
Inside the Visitor Center you can find Central Florida themed gifts, novelties, children's toys and more. The friendly staff is always available to share their knowledge of the attractions, accommodations, special events, restaurants, outdoor fun and more.
Central Florida Visitor Center is also home to the Florida Sports Hall of Fame. It displays memorabilia from some of the notable athletes in Florida’s History.
Visitors are also able to sample the fresh orange juice that is made by the Ridge Island Groves, who are a family owned farm that grows oranges, peaches, and blueberries.
The Visitor Center holds special events that appeal to locals and to visitors. They showcase their local artists and their merchandise and local farmers and organizations. Their amenities include bus parking so it is perfect for schools, their average visit time is around 1-2 hours. Pets are also allowed but are required to be leashed at all times.
