DEFY. Lakeland

Defy in Lakeland, Florida is a trampoline park for those ready to have some extreme fun. This park "defies all the norms" and encourages a sense of freedom from boundaries.

Defy offers birthday party packages that include pizza, party favors, a private room, and jump socks. There is no age limit to this trampoline park and all are welcomed to come and push themselves to their limits.

Some of the attractions they offer are: aerial silks, angled trampolines, foam pits, extreme dodgeball, trapeze, a warped wall, and a ninja obstacle course among others. Defy sells snacks to keep your energy up and also sells grip socks to help you stay grounded. If you buy a frequent jumper membership, you can get a free t-shirt to show your friends where you are spending your spare time!
