Saddle Creek park offers a variety of recreational activities and is a great place to take a field trip. The park has a lakeside campground with sites for both tents and RV’s. The RV sites include water and electrical hookups. This scenic park has an area for baseball and another for soccer and also an open field.

There is a boat launch as well as fishing from the shores or pier. Saddle Creek Park has plenty of picnic tables and additional covered picnic areas. The park has a playground for kids and a well maintained restroom for visitors. There are two main hiking trails at this park. The Nature trail which is approximately 2.4 miles round trip, and the Tenorac Trail which has two small loops of just over a mile each. Leashed dogs are allowed on the trail.

If you plan on hiking The Tenorac Trail, there is a $3 entrance fee at the self-registration kiosk. You will require a Florida Fishing Licence if you plan on fishing in the lake.
