Van Fleet trails run throughout the Green Swamp, that is the headwaters for Florida’s most known padding destination. The park offers horseback riding, canoeing, trail walking, and hunting. It is well known for being one of Florida’s most rural trails. Found along the trails are open cattle land, protected forests and wetlands.

There are four trial heads located throughout the 29.2 mile trails.
